Honoring Choices

What is Honoring Choices?

Honoring Choices is a health care directive that focuses on an important conversation. Many people find the topic of medical issues, end of life care, and dying unpleasant and usually avoid the discussion all together. Honoring Choices helps you and your loved ones navigate these conversations focusing on your health goals, spirituality, and what it means to live fully while remaining realistic about the end of life.

We hope you'll find these resources helpful.
